Public comments concerning DaimlerChrysler's application
for a renewed Title V permit for their Newark, DE auto assembly facility
On October 7, 2003, the Center submitted comments ( 10.59 Kb) concerning
DaimlerChrysler's application for a renewed Title V permit for their
Newark, DE auto assembly
facility.
The Newark plank is a major source of air pollution in Delaware. The
comments include
a request for more frequent monitoring and improved recordkeeping for
odors.
DNREC agreed to make several changes to the permit as a result of our
comments.
